Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Welcome to M. CORNÉ.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of mcorne.com and, where applicable, purchases made through our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

The website is operated under the M. CORNÉ brand by AL-MASHA INTERNATIONAL (“M. CORNÉ”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms described here, subject to any mandatory rights and protections under the laws that apply to you.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase under the laws applicable to you.

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or another customer’s account.
  • Interfere with the website’s operation, security or availability.
  • Upload malicious code or engage in activity that could damage our website or its users.
  • Misuse our content, brand identity or intellectual property.

We may take reasonable measures to protect the website, our customers and our business against fraud, abuse and security risks.

3. Product Information and Natural Horn

M. CORNÉ eyewear is made using natural horn. The material has individual characteristics that distinguish it from uniform, synthetic materials.

Natural horn may vary in colour, grain, translucency, markings and tonal transitions. Consequently, a delivered frame may differ in appearance from another frame of the same model or from product photographs.

Product images are intended to represent the design, material and general appearance of the product. Variations may also arise from photography, lighting and screen settings.

These natural variations are not, by themselves, evidence of a defect. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, prices and included accessories accurately. Please review the relevant product page and any order-specific information before purchasing.

4. Product Availability and Collections

Our products may include ready-to-ship eyewear, made-to-order products and bespoke commissions.

Availability can vary by model, material, colour, size, lens specification and production requirements.

A product displayed on the website is not guaranteed to remain available until an order has been accepted. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

Limited-edition quantities, numbering and availability will be described for the relevant product or collection where applicable. Any edition number or production quantity stated for a product should be understood according to the specific product description.

5. Prices, Currency and Taxes

Prices and available currencies are displayed on the website or at checkout.

Shipping charges, taxes and other applicable costs will be shown or communicated as required for the transaction.

Prices and product availability may change before an order is accepted. Changes will not retrospectively alter a confirmed order except where permitted by law or agreed with you.

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, customs handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout or a written order confirmation expressly states otherwise, these charges may be payable separately by the recipient.

If a material pricing or listing error occurs, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law and communicate with affected customers. We will not rely on this clause to disregard rights arising from a confirmed order where doing so would be unlawful.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected product under the terms shown during checkout.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

Order acceptance and dispatch will be communicated through the process used for the relevant transaction.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:

  • A product is unavailable or cannot be supplied.
  • Payment cannot be authorised or completed.
  • There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unauthorised payment.
  • A material product or pricing error has occurred.
  • Shipping restrictions or legal requirements prevent fulfilment.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the refund required by law and communicate the next steps.

Please ensure your billing details, contact information and delivery address are accurate when ordering.

7. Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may include credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

You must be authorised to use the payment method selected for your order.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers under their own terms and security procedures. We may receive transaction confirmations and relevant payment or fraud-prevention information to administer your order.

An order may remain on hold until the payment requirements have been satisfied, unless another arrangement has been agreed.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping to destinations supported by our checkout and delivery partners.

Shipping charges, available services and delivery estimates will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process.

Delivery estimates are indicative unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery commitment in writing. Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, courier delays, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details or instructions for accessing them.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Further information is provided in our Shipping & Returns policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

9. Standard Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our standard return policy applies to eligible non-personalised products, subject to the product-specific terms and applicable law.

M. CORNÉ offers a 14-day return window for eligible standard products, beginning on the day after delivery, subject to any longer or mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

Please contact care@mcorne.com within the applicable return period to request a return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to another arrangement.

Products should be returned in the condition required by our Shipping & Returns policy, with their original accessories and supplied documentation where applicable.

Approved refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law. The timing of a refund appearing in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider, but this does not override any statutory refund deadline.

Our full return conditions and procedures are set out in the Shipping & Returns policy.

10. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Commissions

Some M. CORNÉ products may be produced after an order is placed. Bespoke commissions may be created according to individually agreed preferences and specifications, including frame design, materials, fit, measurements or lens requirements.

Before a bespoke commission is accepted, the relevant specifications, price and available production information should be confirmed with you.

Once production has begun, changes may not always be possible and may affect the agreed price or production schedule.

Because bespoke products may be made to individual specifications or clearly personalised, change-of-mind cancellation and return rights may be limited where applicable law permits an exception.

However, a blanket exclusion does not apply where the law provides a non-excludable right or remedy. Bespoke products that are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements remain subject to the protections that apply to the sale.

If you wish to change or cancel a bespoke order, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation terms or charges must be consistent with applicable law and the agreement for that commission.

11. Care Instructions and Limited Warranty

Natural horn requires appropriate care. Excessive heat, prolonged moisture, harsh chemicals, impact and improper adjustments may damage the material or other frame components.

Please follow the instructions in our Care & Warranty policy and any care information supplied with your eyewear.

M. CORNÉ offers a one-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to the warranty terms, inspection and applicable law.

The warranty does not replace any mandatory consumer rights. Any additional warranty or aftercare arrangement expressly agreed in writing for a specific product or commission will apply according to its terms and applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The M. CORNÉ name, brand identity, logos, website text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, designs and other website content are owned by or used with permission by M. CORNÉ or the relevant rights holder, unless otherwise stated.

You may view and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Nothing on the website transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

13. Customer Accounts and Communications

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or contacting customer care.

Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. Marketing communications are subject to applicable privacy and electronic marketing requirements, and you may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the available method.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, customer support and other functions.

External websites and services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and operating practices. We do not control independent third-party websites.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that applicable law places on M. CORNÉ for services or transactions we provide or arrange.

15. Website Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always operate without error.

We may update, maintain, modify or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to existing orders.

We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, operations or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.

Where a change requires specific notice, agreement or other steps, we will follow the requirements that apply.

16. Liability and Consumer Protections

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a liability, consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that restriction, M. CORNÉ is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable consequences of a breach of our applicable obligations, or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

This section does not remove mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed products, personal injury, fraud or other matters for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be processed to administer orders, payments, delivery, customer support, warranty claims, account functions, security and other purposes described in that policy.

Where consent is legally required, these Terms do not replace the need to obtain it. Our handling of cookies, analytics, advertising technologies and marketing communications is subject to the applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

The law governing a transaction and the courts or other bodies that may hear a dispute depend on the confirmed operating entity, the circumstances of the sale and the mandatory laws applicable to the customer.

This clause must be finalised following legal review before publication. M. CORNÉ should insert the appropriate governing-law and jurisdiction provisions once its seller-of-record arrangements and relevant legal requirements have been verified.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or remedies available under the law applicable to their purchase.

If you have a concern about an order, we encourage you to contact customer care first so that we can try to resolve it.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Any invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only as far as necessary to give effect to the remaining Terms, where permitted.
